Our products are hand made in our atelier in Jersey, using artisanal craftsmanship. Each chocolate is designed, produced, enrobed, decorated and hand selected for each box. The team of Ganache Jersey has a wealth of international experience gained from years of working in haute pâtisserie and chocolaterie.
